"NextGen Finance", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of nextgenfinance.io and Loxoda. Contact: support@nextgenfinance.io.

NextGen Finance indicators(including NGF Pulse, NGF Strike, and related tools) are analytical overlays delivered via TradingView. Access depends on a valid subscription and TradingView's platform.

Loxoda is cloud software for personal retirement / Coast FIRE–style planning: mission-control style projections, Monte Carlo confidence, Resilience Lab stress scenarios, live holdings pricing where available, tax packs / tax-aware paths, charts, and downloadable reports. Features may differ by membership tier.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

THE SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATION, ILLUSTRATION, AND PERSONAL PLANNING / ANALYSIS ONLY. NOTHING WE PROVIDE IS FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, ACCOUNTING ADVICE, INSURANCE ADVICE, OR A PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, HOLD, CONVERT, WITHDRAW, OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN ANY INVESTMENT, PENSION, CRYPTOASSET, PROPERTY, OR OTHER PRODUCT.

• We are not authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (or any other regulator) to provide regulated advice. Using Loxoda or our indicators does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary, or professional relationship.
• All investing and trading involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. Markets can go down as well as up. You may lose some or all of your capital.
• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Historical returns, backtests, indicator signals, and simulated paths do not predict the future.
• Monte Carlo results, confidence scores, "on track" labels, targets, surplus figures, tax samples, RMD estimates, and stress scenarios are probabilistic illustrations based on models, random draws, simplified tax packs, and your inputs. They are not forecasts, warranties, or assurances that money will last, that a retirement age is safe, or that any tax outcome will occur.
• Tax packs and tax-aware paths are simplified planning aids. They are incomplete versus a full tax practice (for example they do not replace a Roth conversion optimiser, ACA modelling, or full capital-gains harvest suite). Tax law changes. Confirm with a qualified tax professional.
• Market prices and data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Live holdings displays are not a brokerage statement of record.
• You alone are responsible for decisions you make. If you need advice, consult appropriately authorised professionals who know your circumstances.
• You use the services entirely at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

For Loxoda, you are responsible for the accuracy of plan inputs (holdings, ages, spending, tax settings, etc.). Garbage in, garbage out — we do not verify your real-world finances.

Paid features are billed via Stripe on the plan you select (for example monthly or annual). Prices are shown at checkout (typically GBP or as displayed). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not generally provide partial-period refunds. Exceptional refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if you contact us promptly after a charge (support@nextgenfinance.io).

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Promotion codes and affiliate coupons (if offered) are subject to Stripe and campaign rules and may be withdrawn.

Indicator access additionally depends on TradingView; issues on TradingView's side are outside our control.

You agree not to:

• Share paid access, scrape, or harvest the service without permission
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or rebrand our software, models, or indicators
• Upload malware or attack our systems
• Use the services unlawfully or to mislead others
• Misrepresent our tools as regulated financial, tax, or investment advice
• Use Loxoda or indicators to provide paid advice to third parties unless you independently hold all required licences and you do not imply we endorse or supervise that advice

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

We (and our licensors) own the services, branding, UI, documentation, and underlying methodologies. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the paid features for your own personal planning or analysis — not to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of plan inputs you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process, display, and back up that content solely to operate the service. Feedback you send may be used freely without obligation to you.

The services integrate or rely on third parties (including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, market-data providers, and TradingView). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that projections, tax estimates, prices, charts, PDFs, emails, or indicator signals are complete, correct, current, or suitable for your goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, trading or investment losses, tax liabilities, or business interruption, arising from or related to the services or these Terms — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) £50 if you have not paid us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Consumers may have non-waivable statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your plan inputs or decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, market-data failures, labour disputes, acts of government, or natural disasters.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the services and cancel any subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the services and supersede prior terms for the same subject. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale.
