By accessing or using nextgenfinance.io and subscribing to any NextGen Finance products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

NextGen Finance provides access to TradingView indicators (NGF Pulse, NGF Strike, and associated tools) on a subscription basis. These indicators are analytical tools designed to assist with investment and trading decisions. They are not financial advice.

Access to indicators is granted via the TradingView platform following successful subscription. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any indicator with reasonable notice.

NextGen Finance indicators are analytical tools only. Nothing on this website, in our indicators, or in any communications from us constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

All investing and trading involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance of our indicators is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions. Always consider your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before acting. If you require financial advice, consult a qualified financial adviser.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate.

Prices are displayed in GBP (British pounds). We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current paid period with no partial refunds.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge at support@nextgenfinance.io.

All content on this website, including but not limited to indicator code, algorithms, methodologies, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of NextGen Finance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the indicators for your own investment analysis. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or share access to any NextGen Finance indicator or proprietary methodology.

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription access with other individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our indicator code or methodologies
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent our tools as financial advice
• Post false or misleading reviews of our products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen Finance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of our indicators or reliance on any information provided on this website.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
